Speed Test

To get an accurate reading follow the below steps:

1. If you are downloading big files, videos or games you should pause them to get an accurate result.
2. Make sure no other devices are using the network.
3. Switch off your TVs, monitors and gaming devices while running the test.
4. Close down your laptops, mobile and tablet devices.
5. Re-run the tests a few times during the day to get an average speed test.
6. We recommend doing the speed test with your laptop or PC connected directly to the router with an ethernet cable as this will give the most accurate reading
